Senior ASSISTant On Call was founded after ASSISTing my mother who was the primary caregiver for my dad during his battle with dementia for several years.  I realized in the last three years of my dad's life that my mom and I had accumulated a lot of information and knowledge that we felt needed to be shared with others going through a similiar situation.  After my dad's death I felt compelled to continue in my capacity as a supporter, educator and advocate for seniors.  

   Being a baby boomer myself I knew there was a need to ASSIST other boomers in helping enhance their parents' lives in a fulfilling and safe enviroment .  With daily work obligations,  their own families and other activities,  there simply isn't enough time in the day to be in all the places we'd like to be.  During the time of my father's illness I didn't have enough time to research the resources available, let alone educate myself on the wrath of dementia.

   Senior ASSISTant On Call has teamed up with various vendors in providing services to seniors OnCall as needed.  Some of our services are paid for by the vendors themselves and in other cases on a paid for service fee.  What makes us different is our personal touch.  Whether you are the senior desiring ASSISTance or the person seeking information to ASSIST your parent(s), we will meet with you in your home and assess your needs and formulate a plan that works for both you and your family.
